At the beginning of 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic spread across Europe, Euro-Conti Tech Park quickly adjusted its development strategy for the Inárcsi Science and Technology Park. The approach shifted from self-investment and leasing to block-based development and external investor recruitment. This strategic transformation was well received by the market and proved highly successful.

Over the past year, the park has attracted five well-established Hungarian investors and high-tech companies. The last six remaining plots, along with their construction plans and permits, have all been successfully sold and transferred.

On August 30, 2021, Euro-Conti Tech Investment Company received official approval from the Pest County Planning and Construction Authority to transfer the construction permit for plot 819/25 to Sensoglobe Kft. This marks the official completion of all legal and administrative procedures for development of that site.

Since acquiring the first plot in Inárcsi three years ago, we have continued to identify opportunities, successfully acquired several premium land parcels, and expanded the project’s scale. We revised the master plan, completed major infrastructure upgrades, enhanced land value, and achieved remarkable success in both land sales and investor recruitment—totaling 330,000 square meters of sold construction land.
Currently, construction of the Mercury Four-Star Hotel within the park is progressing smoothly and is expected to open in June next year.
