One-Stop Service Guide
I. Enterprise Entry and Establishment of Operation Center (Personnel Stay for 1-2 Years)
Marketing personnel from enterprises bring their own goods to participate in the two-year European Enterprise Management and Marketing Practical Training Program jointly organized by the China Electromechanical Equipment Europe Exhibition and Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Electromechanical Center”) and the Cegléd Regional Vocational Training Center of the Faculty of Economics and Creative Industries of a Hungarian university, held at the “Electromechanical Center.”
Under the full guidance of European business mentors and experts, and with the support of business assistants, relying on the Electromechanical Center’s series of shared services, participants strengthen their English or Hungarian language foundation and carry out practical business training to develop their sales network. Through compliance-based practical training, marketing personnel can legally stay in the EU for 1-2 years, independently carry out marketing activities, and ultimately achieve independent operation.
- A. Contract term: 2 years (initial 1 year, renewable for 1 year within 3 months before expiration).
- B. Service fee: €12,000/year.
- C. Payment method: 50% within one week of signing the service agreement; remaining 50% upon move-in.
- D. Service period: 60-day preparation period from the date of signing and payment of the service fee (free during this time); after 60 days, the official service period begins, lasting 12 months.
This service package includes the following services:
1. Visa and Reception Services for Chinese Marketing Personnel
- a. Two months of pre-departure consultation services
- b. Issuance of outbound business invitations (2 times within 12 months, up to 12 people)
- c. Pick-up and drop-off service within 100 km in Hungary (2 persons/month during the package period)
- d. Assistance with obtaining residence permits for 1–2 years
2. Office and Exhibition Facilities
- a. Practical training desk (12 months)
- b. Indoor exhibition space of 18 sqm or outdoor exhibition space of 36 sqm + 1m indoor exhibition rack (12 months)
- c. Shared use of small meeting room (12 months)
3. Logistics and Warehousing Support
- a. Indoor storage/warehouse space of 40 cubic meters (12 months)
- b. Equipment sample and shipment assembly area of 12 sqm (12 months)
- c. Services for collecting, purchasing, and ordering spare parts and auxiliary materials (12 months)
4. Accommodation, Living, and Travel Services
- a. Provision of dormitory rooms for 2 or 3 persons (1 bed, 12 months)
- b. Provision of European living and travel guide services (12 months)
5. Shared Administrative and HR Services
- a. Shared enterprise secretary, accounting, and general tax agency support (12 months)
- b. Shared managerial staff, Chinese-Hungarian-English translators, electrical engineers, and other professional assistant support services (12 months)
- c. Shared blue-collar labor support services (12 months)
6. Business Support
- a. Compliance consultation on European business tax, technical testing, product/environment/energy labeling, etc. (12 months)
- b. Solutions to avoid infringement, violations, and other risks to ensure smooth operations (12 months)
7. Business Operation and Development Support
- a. Online and offline marketing and promotion support for branded products (12 months)
- b. Auxiliary support for business development and operations (12 months)
- c. Assistance in inviting, receiving, and closing deals with target customers (12 months)
II. Full-Service Handling and Settlement of Goods and Equipment Import, Customs Declaration, Delivery, and Warehousing
1. Cargo Transportation and Documentation Handling
- Provide consignee information and assist consignor in selecting economical and safe shipping methods
- Track shipment from origin to Budapest terminal and handle multimodal transport documentation
- Pay various fees at Budapest terminal on behalf of the client
2. Customs Declaration and Inspection Services
- Prepare compliant documentation and handle customs and inspection declarations
- Assist with customs inspections and pay any related inspection fees
- Provide special customs declaration services, avoid unreasonable taxes, and pay related fees
3. Tax Payment and Customs Bond Handling
- Pay customs bonds or make payments to bond institutions
- Pay miscellaneous documentation and transfer fees
- Pay EU customs import duties, special duties, and anti-dumping duties (as per EU customs regulations for specific goods)
- Apply for customs VAT deferral permit to avoid advance payment of import VAT; if not granted, advance the payment of VAT
4. Goods Transport and Warehousing
- Pay transportation fees from terminal to overseas warehouse
- Arrange transportation, warehouse arrival, unloading efficiently to avoid overtime unloading fees
- Arrange third-party crane service for unloading large equipment
- Check goods, prepare warehouse entry records, and confirm goods in storage
5. Service Process
- A. Two weeks before cargo arrival, confirm packing list, weight/volume, commercial invoice, CE or inspection certificates with consignor
- B. One week before cargo arrival, confirm all unpaid fees related to multimodal transport and transit ports with consignor; consignor to pay in time to ensure customs declaration upon arrival
- C. Based on goods list, export invoice, and EU customs rules, provide estimated customs duties and taxes list
6. Customs Declaration, Delivery, Warehousing Tax, and Service Fee Settlement
Within one week after goods are delivered to the warehouse, settle the advanced taxes and customs/delivery/warehousing service fees with the consignor, according to either of the following:
A. Based on provided itemized list of import customs duties and delivery/warehousing fees + customs and delivery service fees calculated as follows:
- 20-foot or larger container: base fee €500 + 3% of the goods’ value in Budapest
- Less than 20-foot container (loose cargo): base fee €250 + 3% of the goods’ value in Budapest
or
B. Agreed upon with the consignor before customs declaration: flat-rate handling of customs clearance, tax payment, delivery, and warehousing, settled as follows:
- Goods value < €20,000: settle at 15%
- Goods value ≥ €20,000: settle at 12%
III. Overseas Warehouse Services
1. Overseas Warehouse Goods Management
Includes warehousing, shelving, order picking, pre-delivery unpacking inspection, trial assembly, test run, repackaging, external packaging supplies, label inspection and replacement, bulk labeling, combined shipment of multiple SKUs, shipment or return shipment verification and optimization, heavy equipment crane services, advance payment of EU internal transport, non-EU client re-export customs clearance and freight advance, return processing
2. Charges for Shelving, Organizing, Delivering, or Returning Goods
- A. Small box delivery/return (≤20kg/box): €2 per box/package + €0.2/kg + actual shipping fees charged by courier
- B. Single item or machine delivery/return (>20kg): €5 per box/package + €0.2/kg + actual shipping fees charged by courier
- C. Bulk or special requests (total weight >2500kg, complex packaging, bulk individual labeling, etc.): to be negotiated based on specific requirements
IV. Marketing, Agency Sales, Settlement Services and Fees
Consigned goods sales: 15% service fee based on actual sales amount
Provide shared online and offline marketing services for branded products
Provide customized marketing services for branded products, with service fees charged as per specific agreement
The Electromechanical Center handles delivery and settlement as per the agreement:
A. Sales concluded by owner or marketing team: Electromechanical Center delivers from overseas warehouse based on instructions
B. Issue EU-compliant invoices and complete collections (or collected directly from customers), and pay Hungarian local government business tax
C. Charge 6% service fee based on sales amount (including local business tax; sales amount based on actual transaction value)
D. Reconcile accounts and transfer remaining funds to the goods owner
