Our History
The Vision and Foundation
Euro-Conti Tech Park was born from a vision to create a dynamic industrial and technological hub that bridges the gap between European and Chinese enterprises. The project was initiated by Euro-Conti Park Invest & Trade Kft., following the successful development of the Inárcs Park site. The company then focused on transforming and expanding the Euro-Conti STI Industrial and Commercial Base in Cegléd, Hungary.
Development and Expansion
By the end of 2021, after a year of extensive construction and renovation, 22,500 sqm of new office and industrial space was completed, adhering to European construction standards. The Euro-Conti Tech Park now spans an impressive 88,500 sqm of commercial and industrial land, fully equipped with essential electricity, gas, water, and sewage infrastructure. Conveniently located 53 km from Budapest International Airport, the park offers direct access via the M4 highway, making it an attractive destination for international business operations.
